This is a combination of CCC/Survivability, Seein Dead/Playing Dirty, and Damage (Chain Zane) - or "DAYUM-age" as Moxsy would say. The true power comes from CCC and Playing Dirty impacting Action Skills.
Weapons (All Annointed +100% Cryo while SNTL active).
Dastardly Maggie; Brainstormer (shock); Redistributer (cryo); Wedding Invitation (incendiary)
Reserves: Ion Cannon (cryo), Dictator (rad), 2 Binary Cutsmans (corr & shock)
Shield: One Shotter (Epic Annointed +15% Speed while SNTL active)
Reserves: Stop Gap if M4 gets hairy (+50% Cryo on Action Skill end); Big Boom Blaster for shields and heavy regen
Grenade: Recurring Hex (Cryo) Reserve: It's Piss (IF you're struggling to damage M4 bosses) *Need a similar annoint, I know - farming hasn't been kind here. Not ONE!
Mod: Seeing Dead +4 Donnybrook +1 Playing Dirty (+32% Pistol Damage/+32% SMG Damage/+34% Weapon Accuracy)
Artifact/Relic (depends on situation): Electric Banjo; ice Breaker Otto Idol; Ice Breaker Victory Rush
Reserve: Last Stand Victory Rush if M4 gets hairy
Skills: Change from Static Field to Winter's Drone if not equipping the One Shotter
This build takes advantage of Chain Zane/Seein Dead/CCC skills and is an absolute beast at mobbing. Bosses also melt when One Shotter + Damage Skills + Annoints (Wedding Invitation, Ion Cannon, Big Boom Blaster work well if needing ammo, but will lose some 100% damage bonus). Action skills benefit from kills, hits, and freezing (CCC completely resets). Barrier can be taken and ran with or dropped for team play with MAXIMUM EFFORT!
