Moze & Bear : Electric BoogalooMoze build by ItzSpiffy updated 1 year ago
Slightly different twist on the popular shield build that came about as a result of using the Transformer Shield, which heals shields on electric damage ( w/ 100% Resistance). Iron Bear is deployed on cool down but the user gets out of Iron Bear immediately because that refunds a majority of the cooldown. Because that activates shield regen for the whole team, you really can use Moze to support you when your shields go out. The user heals themselves with their own damage and uses Iron Bear as a support utility. There is no incendiary in the build because that'll come back and damage the user and the amount of damage done to mobs with is negligible compared to electric or even just using a burning weapon.
I use Electric grenades (Quasar, Percipitator, and Cloning Hex), and I spend a lot of time in a Hyperion Shotgun that deals 3k electric splash damage per second(Subsidized Negotiating Host), and even the Hazardous Thunderbal Fists that also splashes electric at a lower damage but its speed makes up for that. The goal is to generate a metric shit-ton of electric+splash damage on and around me to both destroy the mobs and heal myself. However, I also have a standard Torgue shotgun (Casual Flakker) and a shotgun that applies either Corrosive or Burning Damage when needed.
The 5 measly points into the green tree to get Matched Set came about as a result to reloads on my shotguns being the most annoying part of this build. If I got an amazing drop on something that had a fantastic magazine size that replaced my existed primary damage shotgun, I might have cause to move these pts back into the blue tree.
I haven't picked out an optimum class mod or even artifact yet, but my current class mod is an acceptable "Reinforced Entrenched Shield Maiden" which gives +2 to Armored Infantry & Phalanx Doctrine, and +1 into Vladof ingenuity which I genuinely could care less about since I only put a point there because I had to, otherwise the electric resistance is redundant.
