Use your gear, your Guardian Points and optionally Adrenaline to hit aa Action Skill cooldown reduction threshold of 30%. Each time an action skill is about to end the other comes off cooldown. Every time an action skill activates it triggers all of your kill skills and when it ends it triggers your anointed gear properties. These triggers combine into massive buffs.
One of the key buffs is Violent Speed and Charged Relay both of which increase your movement speed, letting you zip around the map and further buffing your damage with Violent Momentum.
Shield: Anything low recharge delay and high recharge rate. We get bonus for having shields up. Alternatively: Re-Router for AMP damage, or Re-Charger for immediate shields recharging. The one I am using has Anointed: ASE (Action Skill End) 13% reduced damage taken.
Class Mod: Executioner ideally without Good Misfortune as it throws your timings off a bit. Mine currently buffs Playing Dirty +3, Violent Violence +1 and Good Misfortune +1. This class mod buffs some useful Kill Skills while granting and additional one.
Grenade: Any will do, I suggest something elemental (corrosion or shock) that you will get a good benefit from with Fractal Frags. Currently using: a shock Recurring Hex.
Artifact: Here is where you'll get a big chunk of cooldown reduction. You want to hit 30% total. I personally rather have the damage bonus to Violent Momentum and speed to get around the map from my Snowdrift Victory Rush and put 3 points into Adraneline.
Guns: Whatever works best for you! I currently use: One Pump Chump Anointed with: ASE Crit Damage +25% Arctic Tamed Night Hawkin Anointed with: ASK Weapon Damage +100% Rowan's Call Shock Anointed with: ASK 20% bonus radiation damage Trying a Venomous Nemesis for corrosion, but not sure on it yet.
